Attached please find
information on a current solicitation for Job Order Contracts (JOC) for
(2) Micro Business Enterprises and (2) Small Business Enterprises.
Please note, that this solicitation is considered a sheltered market
(set-aside) and open only to those firms that are registered as a
Small Business Enterprises (SBE) or Micro Business Enterprises
(MBE) with Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS). In addition firms must be pre-qualified as
general contractors with Miami-Dade County Public Schools and must have a valid M-DCPS SBE or MBE
certification in effect at the time of proposal submittal.
The MANDATORY pre-bid
conference will be held at 9:00 am on Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at
Miami-Dade County School Maintenance Operations Building 12525 NW 28th
Avenue – 2nd Floor Training Room 215. Persons arriving
after 9:15 am will not be admitted and will be considered non-responsive for
bidding. Sealed bids are due by Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 2:00 pm to the address
listed on the attached solicitation.
