Albion Staffing Solutions has an immediate opening for a temp-to-hire Administrative Assistant. As the Administrative Assistant, you will work alongside C-level executives as you facilitate important meetings and assist with operations. This Administrative Assistant opportunity is ideal for a warm and proactive team player whose confidence, resourcefulness and attention to detail will enable them to thrive in the many facets of this role.

  Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

                     Over 3 years of experience working as an Administrative Assistant
                     Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
                     Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
                     Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
                     Coordinate logistics for all business engagements
                     Maintain internal databases and sensitive corporate documents
                     Process  reports
