CONSTRUCTION RESTORATION TECHNICIANS (Drywall techs, carpenters, flooring techs)
**Candidates must be presentable** (18 positions)
 $14.00-$18.00/Hr. + overtime
 Must be able to COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH
 Location: South Miami area (Kendall)
 5 Years of Exp. required
 Specialization in one of the following trades or experience in a combination of them:
o Certified Water Damage Restoration Tech (Current IICRC WRT Certification)
o Drywall specialist (install, texture)
o Flooring specialist (laminate, wood, tile)
o Experience in other construction restoration
o Carpentry, cabinet installation/repair and painting
o Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
o Residence within 30 minutes of our office
o Ability to pass background check and drug screen
o Kendall /South Miami Area

SECURITY GUARDS (50 Positions)

 $9.00 – $10.00/ HR – Permanent FT positions
 Miami Beach and Fontainebleau Area
 Bilingual personnel required
