Expanding your International Sales in Compliance with Import and Export Requirements
The webinar will address:

- Unique challenges/ hazards for engaging in e-commerce and downloading products
- Screening, including IP address/geolocation, restricted parties, embargoes, “red flags”, etc.
- Classification and licensing/permit concerns
- Customs and Census compliance including special exemptions for low value goods
- Intellectual property protection/avoiding counterfeit goods
- Challenges and risks (e.g., “anonymizers” and “IP spoofers”)
- Delivery of services and applications via the “cloud” and the government perspective
- Best practices for preventing inadvertent violations and maintaining compliance

The webinar will be led by Lenny Feldman, Esq. Managing Member of the Miami Office, and Melissa Miller Proctor, Esq. Managing Member of the Scottsdale Office, of Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg, P.A.
