Export University será ofrecido por primera véz en Español el Jueves, 28 de Mayo, del 2009. El curso esta diseñado para nuevas empresas que requieren la ayuda especializada en exportaciónes. Los participantes recibirán un certificado después de finalizar el curso.

Información sobre los presentadores: Los presentadores del seminario "Introducción a la Exportación" son expertos en el mercado internacional, y miembros del Florida District Export Council, un grupo de individuos del sector privado designados por el Secretario de Comercio de los Estados Unidos para guiar a empresas pequeñas y medianas en el proceso de exportación presentando el curso intensivo en su extensa experiencia en el mercado internacional.

Calendar of Activities for July 2009 "Jay Malina" ITC of Miami-Dade

In an effort to keep the business community in South Florida informed on trade related activities, the Jay Malina International Trade Consortium (ITC) of Miami-Dade County has compiled a list of trade related events for 2009.

The month of July features:
•July 7th and July 14th - Import/Export seminars hosted by the Florida Foreign Trade Association
•July 7th-14th - West Africa Regional Conference in Lagos and Abuja, Nigeria hosted by the Foundation for Democracy in Africa and EFI.
•July 8th - City of Miami is hosting a construction expo at Jungle Island designed to connect developers with small businesses and the community.
•July 9th - UM’s Center for Hemispheric Policy will be giving a seminar on Mexico’s Security Challenges and Impact on the Economy
•July 19th–23rd - Inbound trade mission from Venezuela will take place at the Miami Free Zone hosted by the Florida Foreign Trade Association
•July 31st - The registration deadline for Miami-Dade County’s Official Business Development Mission to Brazil is limited to 20 participants on a first come first serve basis. To register for the mission, please link to:

What Are They? Trade leads include foreign companies who are interested in making direct purchases from Florida companies, acting as a manufacturer's representative or agent/distributor, and joint ventures. In support of EFI's Africa Trade Expansion Program, we also provide leads from African companies looking to sell their products or services to Florida and the U.S.

Where Do They Come From? The majority of these leads are generated by our International Offices in 14 overseas markets.
How Can I Follow Up On These Leads? If you wish to follow up on any of these leads, you can contact the foreign company directly with the information provided on the detailed report. We ask that you also copy the International Office or Florida staff-person that submitted the lead. Their information is also included in the report. Please be sure to mention that you received this information from Enterprise Florida.

Florida distributors should be aware that they may be required to have the right to distribute products in a particular country before doing business there. Please contact the person who submitted the lead if you have any questions
