Miami-Dade County Youth Training and Employment Program
The Miami-Dade County
Youth Training and Employment Program will provide youth from
low-income families the opportunity to enhance their
work-readiness skills while earning an income. Participants
will be placed in entry-level positions in County departments,
including Commissioner Bovo's office .
Applicants must :
- Between 18-21 years of age
- Live in Miami-Dade
County
- A
U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
- Not
in High School
Approximately 50 participant will be
selected to begin the program in March 2013 and will work a maximum of
20 hours per week through October 30th, 2013. Applicants

El Programa del Condado del Empleo y Entrenamiento para Jóvenes
aportará a los jóvenes de familias de bajos ingresos la oportunidad de
mejorar sus habilidades laborales mientras recibiendo un sueldo.
Participantes serán puestos en posiciones al nivel de entrada en
