Enterprise Florida, Inc. has negotiated a special deal for Florida
companies to participate at the Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) in
Hamburg Germany. AIX is the world’s largest event dedicated to
the aircraft interiors industry and provides a unique platform to
display products, conduct prearranged meetings, and network with key
purchasing contacts from all over the globe.
If you produce
products or provide services associated with cabin interiors,
in-flight entertainment, connectivity and passenger services and
would like to meet buyers and decision makers with companies like
Airbus, Bose Corp, B/E Aerospace, Lufthansa Technik AG, and more then
this is an event not to be missed.
The negotiated

The Caribbean Boat Show 2013 (Salón Náutico del Caribe
2013) is the best international boat show in the region. The
Caribbean Boat Show 2013 will take place in Cartegena de Indias
Convention Center, as an biennial show and unique to the country and
to the Caribbean and South American regions.
Cartegena will host the largest and most complete boat show in the
region, where boat lovers and businesses from the nautical world will
come together to see, test and buy the latest industry trends. Meet
buyers and visitors from Colombia, Venezuela, Panama and other
Caribbean countries interested in its products and services.

Last year, over 12,000 visitors from throughout Mexico attended Expo
Seguridad to visit with 490 exhibitors from more than 16 countries
occupying more than 300,000m2 of floor space. The market potential
for safety, security products and related services throughout Mexico
are estimated to be valued at over $4.3 billion.
Best prospects for products and services in the security and safety
sector include:
Government: Armored solutions (vehicles, plates, clothes, doors,
walls); electronic devices for mobile phones; biometric solutions;
access control; tactical equipment and more.
Commercial: CCTV; armored services; perimeter protection solutions;

AEROMART Montréal is hosted by Bombardier, Bell Helicopter, Pratt
& Whitney, and EADS and is coordinated by BCI Aerospace. AEROMART
is all about direct interactions between OEMs, Tier 1s, Tier 2s and
the entire network of contract manufacturers offering capabilities
and commodities for both civil and defense programs. The format of
this event is based on pre-arranged one-on-one meetings between
contract manufacturers and supply chain, procurement, engineering,
and fabrication teams.

Governor Rick Scott and Enterprise Florida on the
Team Florida
Trade Mission to Chile!
The Chilean economy continues to be a model for developing countries,
surpassing their forecasted 5.5 percent growth for the second consecutive
year.
Florida enjoys a significant share of the total U.S. exports to
Chile. The South American nation is ranked as Florida’s sixth-best
trading partner with over $2.4 billion in Florida origin exports -an
increase of 22 percent since 2011.Total merchandise trade amounted to
$7 billion through November 2012 and there is ample opportunity
to expand our trade and investment relationships.
The Team Florida trade mission to Chile will be highly active,
featuring a business matchmaker program for Florida exporters,
including one-on-one business appointments with potential Chilean
partners.
Grants covering 100% of registration fees are
available for Option 1 Gold Key Package through an initiative
with the U.S. Small Business Administration!

Hospitalar is the most important health fair in Brazil
and Latin America. The show features products ranging from the most

Almost 90,000 professional visitors and over 1,250 exhibitors are anticipated
at this year’s show.
The Market
Brazil is the largest economy in South America with the highest
potential in the healthcare market. Brazil has over 6,400 hospitals
and 15,000 clinics and healthcare establishments. The Brazilian
healthcare market is over $125 billion. Imports account for
approximately 25% of the market, with the U.S. providing 50% of all

Strategic International Solutions in partnership with the
Brazil-Florida Alliance is offering a new “Brazil High-Exposure
Marketing Campaign” to Florida companies interested in expanding into
the Brazilian market – our state’s number one trade partner.
The program will provide two months of on-ground support in Brazil
with coaching and assistance with any and all needs in the process of
generating leads, executing sales, and the delivery and receivables
of goods and services. A live in-country contact will also be
available for support.

The Export Compliance Seminar is an all-day program where experts
from the Department of Commerce will provide training on export
filing requirements. Census Bureau experts will cover the filing
requirements of the FTR, how to classify your commodities by providing
an understanding of the Schedule B classification requirements, as
well as provide a thorough overview of the AES. The CBP experts will
cover port requirements and efforts against terrorism and
international narcotics trafficking. Bureau of Industry and Security
(BIS) officers will highlight export control requirements.

American Business Council Miami presents the half day business
conference: Passing the Torch: How the Magic City is Lighting the
Route for Business Opportunities from London 2012 to Rio 2016. The
Conference will explore Miami's strategic location for UK companies
looking to do business in Latin America and for Latin American
companies to expand in UK and Europe. The Conference will also
shine a spotlight on Brazil ahead of the FIFA Cup and the Olympics.
