The Florida-Korea Economic Cooperation Committee, Inc.
(‘FLORKOR’) will present its next Florida-Korea Summit Program in
partnership with Port Tampa Bay, the Florida Department of Economic
Opportunity and Enterprise Florida, in conjunction with an EFI board
meeting to be held earlier the same day. This statewide summit program
brings together Florida-Korea business and community leaders from around
the state and the host city and affords them the opportunity to meet key
Korean government, economic development and business leaders.
This year’s summit will include opening remarks by Florida Secretary of
Commerce, Mr. Bill Johnson, a keynote address by the Honorable Seong-jin
Kim, Consul General, Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in
Atlanta, expert panelist presentations on Florida-Korea linkages and
ties, a Q & A session and an Asian business networking reception
immediately following the summit program. Anyone interested in attending
