As the Administrative Assistant, you will work alongside
C-level executives as you facilitate important meetings and assist with

  Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: 
•                    
Over 3 years of experience working as an
Administrative Assistant
•                    
Create and modify documents using Microsoft
Office
•                    
Perform general clerical duties to include but
not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
•                    
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
•                    
Coordinate logistics for all business
engagements 
•                    
Maintain internal databases and sensitive
corporate documents 
•                    
Process  reports
